Basedonimmunoelectrophoresisand/orELISA,theantibodyreactswiththeFcportionofrabbitIgGheavychainbutnotwiththeFabportionofrabbitimmunoglobulins.Noantibodywasdetectedagainstnon-immunoglobulinserumproteins.Theantibodymaycross-reactwithimmunoglobulinsfromotherspecies.
