PAK3KD: 1 mg/ml in Storage Buffer of 25 mM Tris-HCl pH 8.0, 150 mM NaCl, 10% glycerol, 5 mM DTT.

Specific activity:18,700 pmoles/min/µg

Assay was done in a Kinase Buffer using 0.1 mg/ml PAKtide as a substrate with 20 μM ATP at 30oC for 30 min. The amount of ATP transferred was measured using Kinase-Glo reagent (Promega).
