Nanocs provides monodispersed silver nanoparticles with narrow size distribution (<15%). these="" silver="" nanoparticles="" were="" made="" from="" controlled="" chemical="" reduction="" methods="" with="" spherical="" shape.="" these="" particles="" are="" dispersed="" in="" de-ionied="" water="" with="" small="" amount="" of="" stabilizing="" reagent="" to="" keep="" the="" particles="" from="" aggregation.="" we="" offer="" provide="" a="" number="" of="" functionalized="" silver="" nanoparticles="" that="" can="" be="" used="" for="" labeling,="" bioconjugation="" and="" is="" useful="" for="" generating="" various="" silver="" nanoparticle="" probes="" for="" sers,="" sem,="" tem,="" light="" microscopy="" and="" blotting="" applications.="">

Biotin labeled silver nanoparticles can bind to streptavidin, avidin or neutravidin with high affinity. These functional silver nanoparticles are useful for biomolecule detection.

Physical Properties:

  • Yellow to pale yellow translucent aqueous solution;
  • Concentration: 0.01M based on silver;
  • Biotin Concentration: 30-50 ug/mL based on biotin BSA.

Storage Conditions:

  • Store at 4 0C. DO NOT FREEZE.
