Clophosome氯膦酸二钠脂质体（中性）
Clophosome，氯膦酸二钠脂质体，能高效地耗竭体内巨噬细胞。氯膦酸二钠分子被封装于小型多层脂质体中（MLV），具有高活性、理化稳定性、使用方便的特点。该剂型具有十分高的氯膦酸二钠/脂质比率。游离的氯膦酸二钠被清除，使得脂质体包封率超过90%。即使在冰箱中长期贮存后，该脂质体仍能保持均一悬浮状态。该品不粘稠，易于注射，且经过无菌过滤，保质期长。适用于多种给药途径，包括静脉注射、腹腔注射、皮下注射、鼻内给药、气管给药等。在单次静脉注射0.2ml24小时后，脾脏内巨噬细胞（红髓巨噬细胞）消除率为80-90%。为保证巨噬细胞耗竭的良好的一致性，对于体重为20-25g的动物，建议起始剂量为0.15-0.2ml（i.v.或i.p.）。我们建议您根据您的具体用途加以优化。

Itisveryimportanttofollowtheinstruction,particularlyforlong-termmacrophagedepletion(morethanaweek).Animalsbecomesensitivetoinfectionwhenmacrophagesaredepletedandtheirimmunesystemiscompromised.Animalsicknessandevendeathmayresultiftheyarehandledimproperly.Itisextremelyimportanttoconducttheinjectioninacleanenvironment.Withdrawtheliposomesthroughtherubberstopper(cleanwithalcoholfirst)withanewsterileneedle.Alwayscleantheinjectionsitewithalcoholanduseanewandsterileneedleforeachinjection.Keeptheanimalcagesclean.Openthevialsinabiologicalsafetycabinet(BSChood)andDONOTcontaminatetheClophosomes.
Agoodpracticeistoincludeafewextraanimalsforlong-termexperiments,asoccasionalanimaldeathmayoccur.Testwithasmallgroupofanimalsfirstifyouareanewuserorusinganewadministrationregimen.Treatedproperlytheseanimals(mice)couldsurviveforoveramonthevenwithtwice-a-weekinjectionofourclodronateliposomes.
