Lysate from HMGB1+/+ mouse cells [HM-001]
Cell lysates from wild type or HMGB1-deficient cells are essential to verify the specifity of antibodies in Western blots, or to test the efficacy of siRNAs directed against HMGB1.
We provide aliquots containing 50 microgram each of total cell protein, from cells lysed directly in SDS-PAGE loading buffer. The aliquots are lyophilized, and shipped at room temperature.
