TheLeicaLMT260XYScanningStageusesamagneto-resistivemeasurementsystemandtwolinearmotorstoproducesuchaccurateandreproducIBLeresultswithstereomicroscopes.TwolinearmotorsmovethestagetothepointofinterestinXandYdirectionswiftlyandquietly.Yet,thestagecanbemovedmanuallyanytime.Duetoabsolutemeasurements,userswillnotneedtoreferenceafterinitializingthestageandmayconcentrateontheirwork.
