The Anatrace HiFliQ-NiNTA Column is pre-packed and ready to use with pre-charged Nickel-NTA agarose resin for affinity purification of poly-histidine tagged recombinant proteins by immobilized metal ion affinity chromatography (IMAC).
Available in 1 ml and 5 ml column sizes with high binding capacity and minimal ion leakage, it is compatible with all common chromatography HPLC and FPLC instruments (including ÄKTA™ FPLC), and low pressure pumps and syringes using an appropriate adaptor.
