Darmstadt,Germany,June26,2017 — Merck,aleADIngscienceandtechnologycompany,todayannouncedacollaborationwithElsevier,theinformationanalyticscompanyspecializinginscienceandhealth,toadditsproductsintoReaxys,Elsevier’schemistrydatabase.

ResearchersandchemistswhouseReaxyscannowaccessanadditional43,000Mercklifesciencecompoundsandchemicalswithdataprovideddirectlyfromthesupplier.ThecollaborationmeansuserswillhaveimmediateaccesstoMerck’sproductavailABIlity.

ThecollaborationwithElseviergivesReaxysuserswhoworkinpharmaceuticaldrugdiscovery,chemicalR&Dandotherareasamoreefficientpurchasingprocess.Customerscanquicklycomparethecostofpurchasingacompoundagainstmakingitinternally,meaningbetterallocationofresourcesandsavingtime.
