Protein G Affinity Cartridges are pre packed 5ml ready to use for purifying classes, subclasses, and fragments of immunoglobulins from cell culture media and biological fluids. The cartridges can be used with an automated chromatography systems, peristatic pump, or manual processing and are compatible with AKTA™ design systems.
