The M5/114 monoclonal antibody reacts with mouse MHC Class II haplotypes I-Ab, I-Ad, I-Aq, I-Ed, and I-Ek. The antibody does not react with I-Af, I-Ak, or I-As haplotypes. The M5/114 antibody is reported to inhibit I-A-restricted T cell responses.
