二、产品特点:
稀有循环肿瘤细胞的数量的人群出现在人类血液很低, 因此CTC评估的有效性取决于 准确的分子目标。细胞数量和相应的分析在采集的血液样本中加入TransFix可以显著延长样本中CTCs的完整性。
稳定后, CTCs 在室温18 - 25℃可持续 5天。
从所有血液中以允许隔离 CTCs方式来稳定细胞(细胞表面标记,尺寸排除方法)。
