1501:Mouse IgG / IgMb CLONE # IM-C7 CATALOG # 1501 PURIFIEDIMMUNOGEN: C.B-17 T cell-depleted LN cells (injected into BALB/c mice). Ig SUBCLASS: Mouse IgG1 PURIFICATION METHOD: Protein A column PROTEIN CONCENTRATION: 1.0 mg/ml in PBS (after reconstituion). STORAGE:Lyophilized: store at 4°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquote and store at -20°C. RECONSTITUTION / USAGE: Reconstitute with 0.2 ml of H20. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use. For flow cytometry, dilute 1:1 and add 5 ul per 106 cells. SPECIFICITY: The b allotype of Mouse IgM.
