Both isoforms are single chain polypeptides with a molecular weight of 42kD consisting of 374amino acids.ATTO532-Actin is chemically modified G-actin with an ATTO532 fluorescent group covalently bound to lysine residues.ATTO532-Actin (λex532nm, λem553nm)possesses the polymerization properties of native G-actin. |
