Description

CryoProtect is a glycerol containing freezing protectant to reconstitute freeze-dryed proteins for long term storage.Thus CryoProtect has been developed formyosin II and NEM-myosin II, and i also highly suited for many cytoskeletalproteins demanding high salt buffers. DTT (1ml, 500mM) is included as a powder to be freshly reconstituted before use, for best quality.
CryoProtect plus is added to freeze-dried proteins for storage at -20°C, for maximum preservation of biological activity.- Ready-to-use.- Contains fluorescent-free glycerol.Formulation: Proprietary.Content10 ml CryoProtect plus1ml 500 mM DTT (included as lyophilized powder)Further InformationProduct DataSheetMaterial and Safety Data Sheet
