Product description | KMEI buffer is a multipurpose buffer used e.g. as a protein buffer, for dilution, and storage of cytoskeletal proteins. The buffer is frequently in TIRFM and fluorimetry to polymerize actin. The buffer conditions are suited for proteins stored at pH 7.0 - 7.5. |
