The ExpiFectamine™ CHO Transfection Kit is a core component of the ExpiCHO™ Expression System Kit (Cat. No. A29133). It is designed for transient transfection of high-density cultures of Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells. The high-efficiency, cationic transfection reagent, coupled with an optimized transfection enhancer and culture feed, will power the highest possible level of protein expression from ExpiCHO-S™ Cells (Cat. No. A29127) cultured in ExpiCHO™ Expression Medium (Cat.
