移取小体积液体亚组分时可能发生再现性问题，因为可能发生移液误差并影响可变的组分比例。建议配制含CoreReactionMix、E-mix等的预混液，这样应该可以提高再现性。如果无法配制预混液，反向移液也可提高再现性。
