同仁化学CCK-8登上国际顶尖科学杂志Nature及子刊

2011-2012年度有2篇Nature（IF 36）和3篇Nature Genetics（IF 35）论文使用了同仁化学研究所(Dojindo)自主研发，具有专利权的CCK-8(Cell Counting Kit-8)试剂。
其中一篇（Exome sequencing of hepatitis B virus–associated hepatocellular carcinoma，Nature Genetics,2012,44, 1117–1121）
是上海交通大学医学院、国家人类基因组南方研究中心的研究人员韩泽广、邓庆和黄健等利用先进的外显子组测序技术对乙型肝炎病毒相关的肝癌开展了大规模的测序和分析研究。
在这篇文章中，研究人员采用外显子组测序确定了具有门静脉癌栓(PVTTs)、肝内转移的HBV阳性肝癌患者的体细胞突变。
在331个非沉默突变（non-silent mutation）中研究人员频繁发现了C:G>A:T和T:A>A:T颠换（transversion）。
值得注意的是，在110份HBV相关的肝癌样本中有14份（约占13%）ARID1A基因发生了突变。
ARID1A基因负责编码SWI/SNF染色质重塑复合物的一个元件。
此外，研究人员采用RNA干扰评估了91个已证实突变基因在细胞存活中的作用。结果表明其中有7个基因，包括VCAM1和CDK14有可能赋予了肝癌细胞生长和浸润能力。
这一研究为我们提供了可能与中晚期肝癌相关的体细胞突变的图谱，并为人们发现有关驱动肝癌发生及生长分子途径提供了重要的线索。
有关专家高度评价“这是第一次利用新型大规模基因组分析技术研究肝癌转移问题，所获结果将为肝癌诊断、预后、治疗以及开发新型治疗药物奠定基础。”
另外还有多篇Nature Medicine（IF 22）及Nature Cell Biology（IF 19）杂志上发表的论文使用了同仁化学的试剂。
