Description:
PeproTech’s Cell Passaging/Non-Enzymatic Detachment Buffer is a companion product for PeproTech’s Stem Cell Media.  This reagent contains PBS, HEPES, and EDTA, and detaches hESCs and hiPCSs from cell plates/dishes during cell passing steps.  It is recommended for non-enzymatic protocols, and to be used in conjunction with PeproTech’s Animal-Free Human Vitronectin Matrix as a cell culture surface-coating reagent.
