Toenableamoredetailedqualitativeanalysisofantigen-specificTcells,wehaverecentlydevelopedtheFluoroSpotassay.WiththesamepowerfulfeaturesastheELISpot,fluorescentvisualizationofspotsallowssimultaneousdetectionofmorethanonecytokineandcanbeusedforthedemonstrationofpolyfunctionalTcellsorinsituationswherecellnumbersarelimited.
TosupplementtheELISpot/FluoroSpotproductrange,weofferanextensivenumberofELISAkitsforeasyquantificationofcytokinelevelsinvarioussamplesincludingserumandplasma.
