How to use Prolume Purple

The luciferin is shipped as filtered, lyophilized, batch controlled substrate in 250 ug and 500 ug aliquots.
1 mg = 2x 500 ug. 10 mgs is packed as regular powder in one tube.
The advantages of lyophilized luciferins are:
