  • Add2 mLPBSwashbuffertoresuspendthecells,then1000rpmcentrifugationfor5 minutes,discardthesupernatant,
  • Add0.5 mLPBSwashbuffertoresuspendthecellsanddetectbyflowcytometry(sampleshouldbedeterminedonthedayonthemachineandcanalsobeaddedfixationovernightat4 °Cthenmeasured).
