Gentarget/Inducible RFP stable cell line with GFP marker/SC029/1 Ea

Transformed from HEK293 cells by lentiviral system. The cell line has the following two expression cassettes integrated into its genome.

The codon optimized RFP is expressed under an inducible  suCMV promoter. The cell line costitutively expresses the repressor protein (tetR) which stop the RFP's expression. The RFP expression only occer when the inducer, tetracycline  was added into the culture medium. A GFP-blasticidin fusion dual marker was also constitutuvely expressed, thus each cell shows strong GFP signal independent of the tetracycline inducation. see  Product Manual for details.
