Cellsweretransfectedwithaplasmid,containingEmeraldGFPbehindanEF1αpromoter,witheitherDNA-In®orLipofectamine®2000,atseveraldifferentlipid:DNAratiosandexamined~44hourspost-transfection.Representativeimagesofthebestconditionsforeachtransfectionreagentareshown.
DNA-In®hasasignificantlylowercelltoxicitycomparedtotraditionaltransfectionreagentssuchasLipofectamine®andLipofectamine®2000.Inthemanycelllinestested,DNA-In®showsabroadrangeofeffectivedosagewhilemaintainingminimalcelltoxicity.Thislowcelltoxicityallowsalargerdosageandtimewindowforoptimizedtransfectionresults.
