Our NASBA Liquid Kit includes all of the individual items necessary to perform NASBA reactions. This kit is in its wet (not Lyophilized) form for ease of use and does not need to be reconstituted before use. It includes NEC-1-24, NECB-1-24 and NECN-1-24.

This kit contains the following components necessary to perform 24 Reactions:

• NECB-1-24 3X NASBA Reaction Buffer for NEC-1-24 – This reaction buffer is to be used in conjunction with the liquid NASBA three Enzymes Cocktail (NEC-1-24) in NASBA reactions.
• NECN-1-24 6X Nucletide Mix for NEC-1-24 – Volume: 24 rxns
• NEC-1-24 – NASBA Enzyme Cocktail for 24 rxns
