多式运输单据（比如海运加空运，或内陆转运用火车运） 一般大点的船公司MAERSK,APL,MSC,COSCO都可以申请，不过之前肯定要签协议的具体参考如下多式运输（Multimodal Transport）是指根据多式运输合同，至少由两种不同的运输方式，由一个多式运输经营人以自己的名义负责，将货物从一国境内接管货物的地点运至另一国境内指定交付货物的地点，并签发单一的、包括全程的运输单据这种运输方式。

《联合运输单据统一规则》（Uniform Rules for a Combined Transport Document）、《联合国国际货物多式运输公约》（United Nations Convention on InternationalMultimodal Transport of Goods）都是国际多式联运共同遵循的国际惯例。

多式运输的关系人有多式运输经营人、承运人、托运人、收货人。

2、多式运输单据多式运输单据（Multimodal Transport Document）是一种概称，其中一程为海运的通常使用多式运输提单（Multimodal Transport B/L）。

1）、多式运输单据特点A、 表示至少有两种不同运输方式的连贯运输。

B、 多式运输经营人的责任是从接受货物起至交付货物止。

C、 多式运输提单中船名、装货港、卸货港如有＂预期＂（Intended）或类似意义的修饰词，银行可接受。

D、 适合多式运输的贸易条件主要是FCA、CPT、CIP，并以接管的日期作为装运日期。

而FOB、CFR、CIF贸易条件不适合于多式运输，因为它们要求卖方船上交货(on board)，与多式运输的要求不符。

2）、多式运输单据的作用A、 可流通形式的多式运输单据的部分运程为海运，其作用也与海运提单相同，即具有货物收据、运输合约、物权凭证的作用，可以背书转让。

B、不可流通形式的多式运输单据只起到货物收据和运输合约的作用，不是物权凭证。

提单上应该不会显示这类条款的吧，顶多是商品规格，型号，信用证号码，货物储藏方式等.另外，只要有中转港，我想应该没有关系吧.具体要求还是建议咨询一下船公司客服，不同船公司标准有所差异
