The µMACS™ Sealing Solution is a unique solution that creates a closed reaction chamber in the µ Column. When a µ Column is placed in the heatable thermoMACS™ Separator for molecule purification and processing at 37 or 42 °C, the µMACS Sealing Solution is applied onto the column to prevent evaporation of the reaction mixture.
