Teknova/LB Agar plates with Chloramphenicol 10. 100mm, 20 plates, sterile Cat.No. L1012/L1012/

Description: 1% Tryptone, 0.5% Yeast Extract, 1.0% Sodium Chloride, 1.5% agar 10µg/ml chloramphenicol.
Application: For use with chloramphenicol resistant strains.
Shipping Conditions: Ambient.
Storage Conditions: Refrigerate.

All of our plates LB agar plates are tested with at least 4 different recombinant strains of E. coli to demonstrate the efficacy of the antibiotic contained within. 100x15mm, Appropriate for most plating applications. useable surface area is approx. 78.5 cm2. Fill volume is typically 20-25ml. Our LB agar plates ship in the irradiated Teknova tube in packs of 20 and ensures that the product arrives with NO breakage or contamination. When price comparing, be sure to note Teknova’s price is for 20 plates.
