Cellsweretransfectedwithaplasmid,containingEmeraldGFPbehindanEF1αpromoter,witheitherDNA-In® orLipofectamine®2000,atseveraldifferentlipid:DNAratiosandexamined~44hourspost-transfection.Representativeimagesofthebestconditionsforeachtransfectionreagentareshown.
LowCellToxicity
DNA-In® hasasignificantlylowercelltoxicitycomparedtotrADItionaltransfectionreagentssuchasLipofectamine® andLipofectamine® 2000. Inthemanycelllinestested,DNA-In®showsabroadrangeofeffectivedosagewhilemaintainingminimalcelltoxicity. Thislowcelltoxicityallowsalargerdosageandtimewindowforoptimizedtransfectionresults.
