产品说明       主动脉是人体内最大的动脉，把含氧的血液由心脏输送到全身各个部位。位于血管壁的主动脉内皮细胞（AEC）经常暴露于高血流动力，诱导内皮源性血管收缩和血管生长调节的物质生产变化。AEC也调节细胞粘附分子的表达来控制和微调的炎症反应和纤溶系统。这些生理特征使得AEC广泛被应用于研究内皮功能障碍机理、血管疾病和动脉硬化的发病机理、以及新的疾病的治疗技术的发展。      Sciencell研究实验室的ACE是从人主动脉分离得到的，原代冻存，冰冻运输。每管细胞密度超过5×10^5/ml。细胞特性经vWF/Factor VIII和CD31 (PECAM) 免疫荧光鉴定，能够摄取DiI标记乙酰化低密度脂蛋白(DiI-Ac-LDL)。本细胞经检测不含HIV-1、HBV、HCV、支原体、细菌、酵母菌和真菌。如采用ScienCell 实验室特制的培养基，可保证此细胞10倍增增殖。推荐培养基内皮培养基（货号：1001 ）
