WizardforAutomated3DAnalysis

The3DAnalysiswizardhelpsyouobtainkeydatafromyoursample.Itguidesyouthroughtheanalysisprocessandoffersalargeselectionoffilters,asegmentationtoolwithoptionalautomaticthresholddeterminationandbinaryfilters.3Dobjectsalsocanbecombinedorseparatedmanually.Keydatatobeobtainedarevolume,filledvolume,voxelcount,surfacearea,filledsurfacearea,diameter,manyshapeandintensityparametersaswellasobjectpositionplusstatisticsforallsupportedfeatures.

Inadditiontothe3DAnalysiswizard,youcantakefullcontrolovertheanalysisprocess:Youcanapplyprocessingtoolsinanyordertoanalyzethe3Dvolume.Processtoolsincludesmoothingandmorphologicalfilters,segmentationtools,generationofbinarymask,andapowerfulimagecalculator.
