二抗
该系列产品特点在于鸡IgY分子与哺乳动物IgG分子截然不同，因此由之制备的二抗不与来源于兔、小鼠或其他哺乳动物的一抗产生交叉反应，特别适用于组织学的免疫双标检测。该系列源于羊的二抗可交联荧光基团/HRP/生物素/琼脂糖，可广泛用于WB，免疫组化/免疫细胞化学及免疫共沉淀研究。
Immunoprecipitation Reagents (IP)
该系列产品中 HA-PrecipHen® 由鸡anti-HA epitope tag抗体共价结合到琼脂糖粒而成，适用于利用HA epitope-tagged蛋白的immunoprecipitation (IP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)以及蛋白纯化研究。而IgY-PrecipHen®由羊抗鸡的IgY抗体共价结合到琼脂糖粒上而成，适用于鸡源抗体与目标蛋白之间的immunoprecipitation (IP), chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP)以及蛋白纯化研究。
