Suitableforuseinlateralflowdevices,thestreptavadinispassivelycoupledtocitratecappedgoldnanoparticlesandblockedwithbovineserumalbumin(BSA).

Theconjugateissuspendedinalowmolaritybuffer2mMsodiumphosphatepH7.2containing0.095%SodiumAzideaspreservative.Thisbufferwillmaintaintheactivityofthestreptavadinattachedtothesurfaceofthegoldcolloid,withoutcausingparticleaggregation,andcaneasilybesubstitutedforacustomersbufferofchoicefortheirassay.
