Hito Alcian Blue pH-2.5 OptimStain™ Kit is formulated for the staining of acid mucins, sulfated / carboxylated acid mucopolysaccharides and sulfated / carboxylated sialomucins (glycoproteins). This Kit can be used with paraffin-embedded tissue sections (Frozen tissue section can be used, but not recommended). Hito Alcian Blue pH-2.5 OptimStain™ Kit is designed in a ready-to-use format and offers high quality, rapid and reproducible staining. Hito Alcian Blue pH-2.5 OptimStain™ Kit has been tested extensively on the tissues from several species of animals and it is a simple solution for your research.
