我准备拿一株酵母菌去做全基因组测序，然后找到其中的乙醇脱氢酶，可能有多个，我只能通过其他酵母的乙醇脱氢酶基因比对来找出我这株菌的目的基因吗？或者有什么其他方法吗？新手，并不很了解这方面，希望大神指点！谢谢！
