1.重组人Mesothelin
产品描述:Originallyidentifiedasadifferentiationantigenofmesotheliomas,ovariancystadenocarcinomas,andpancreaticadenocarcinomas,mesothelinisaglycosylphosphatidylinositol(GPI)-anchored,cell-surfaceglycoproteinpredominantlysecretedbycellsofthemesothelium.Althoughmesothelinisexpressedatrestrictedlevelsbynormalmesothelialcellsofthepleural,pericardial,andperitonealmembranes,aberrantexpressionhasbeendocumentedintheaforementionedcancers,aswellasinendometrioiduterineadenocarcinomasandsquamouscellcarcinomasoftheesophagus,stomach,lung,andcervix.Proteolyticcleavageofmesothelinyieldsasoluble,polypeptidefragment-designatedmegakaryocyte-potentiatingfactor(MPF)basedonitsABIlitytostimulatemegakaryocytecolony-formingactivityofmurineIL-3inmurinebonemarrowcellcultures.OriginallyisolatedfromtheHPC-Y5pancreaticcellline,MPFhasbeensuggestedtoplayaroleintheproliferationanddifferentiationofmegakaryoctyes,andtheregulationofresultantplateletproduction.WhiletheBIOLOGicalfunctionsofbothmesothelinandMPFremainspeculative,highlevelsofexpressionincanceroustissues,comparedtolimiteddistributioninnormaltissues,stronglysuggeststheirinvolvementintumOrigenesis.Bothhavebeendemonstratedtopromotetumorcellproliferation,migration,anchorage-independentgrowth,andtumorprogression,demonstratingtheirinvolvementinheterotypiccelladhesionandthemetastaticspreadofcancer.PeproTech’sCHOcell-derivedRecombinantHumanMesothelinisaglycoproteincontaining327aminoacidresidues,andhasacalculatedmolecularweightofapproximately36.4kDa.Asaresultofglycosylation,RecombinantHumanMesothelinmigrateswithanapparentmolecularmassofapproximately40-45kDabySDS-PAGEgel,underreducingandnon-reducingconditions.


2. 重组人sIL-4Receptorα

产品描述:IL-4cansignalthroughtypeIandtypeIIreceptorcomplexes,whichshareacommongammachain(γc). ThetypeIreceptorcontains,inadditiontotheγc,anIL-4Rαsubunit,whereasthetypeIIreceptorcontainstheIL-13Rα. ThesecretedextracellulardomainofIL-4Rα,calledsIL-4Rα,bindsIL-4andantagonizesitsactivity. ItplaysanimportantroleinregulatingthedifferentiationofnaïveCD4+TcellsandclassswitchingtoIgG1andIgE. PeproTech"sCHOcell-derivedRecombinantHumansIL-4Receptorαisa23.9kDaglycoproteincorrespondingto209aminoacidresiduesoftheextracellulardomainofIL-4Rα.Asaresultofglycosylation,RecombinantHumansIL-4Receptorαmigrateswithanapparentmolecularmassofapproximately50-65kDabySDS-PAGEgel,underreducingconditions.

3. 重组人sIL-6Receptorα

产品描述:IL-6mediatesitsbiologicaleffectsthroughthetypeIIL-6receptorsystemthatconsistsoftwochains,IL-6Rαandgp130. WhiletheIL-6RαchainisthebindingcomponentspecifictoIL-6,thegp130chainonlytransmitssignalsofIL-6whenboundtoIL-6Rα. Thegp130canalsotransmitsignalsfromLIF,OSM,CNTF,IL-11andCT-1inconjunctionwithotherreceptorsubunits. Thelow-affinitybindingsiteforIL-6iscomposedofIL-6Rαalone. IL-6Rαisexpressedinawiderangeofcells,includingTcells,fibroblastsandmacrophages. SolubleIL-6Rα,whichconsistsofonlytheextracellulardomainoftheIL-6Rαchain,actsasanagoNISTofIL-6activityatlowconcentrations.PeproTech"s CHOcell-derivedRecombinantHumansIL-6Receptorαisa37.9kDaglycoproteincorrespondingto339aminoacidresiduesoftheextracellulardomainofIL-6Rα.Asaresultofglycosylation,RecombinantHumansIL-6Receptorαmigrateswithanapparentmolecularmassofapproximately57-70kDabySDS-PAGEgel,underreducingconditions.

4. 重组人LeptinReceptor

产品描述:Encodedfor,alongwithleptin,bythe obese(ob)gene,leptinreceptorisasingle-transmembrane-domainproteinoftheTypeI,orClassI,CytokineReceptorFamily.Thefulllengthisoform,OB-Rb,ishighlyexpressedinhypothalamicneurons,T-cells,andthevascularendometrium,andisthoughttobetheonlyisoformcapableoftransducingintracellularsignals.IsoformOB-Ra,whichiswidelydistributedatvaryinglevelsofexpression,demonstratesweaksignalactivityandhasbeenimplicatedintheactivetransportofleptinacrosstheblood-brainbarrier.Throughligand-bindingwithleptinreceptorandthesubsequentJAK2/STAT3signalingcascade,theADIpose-derivedcytokineleptinfunctionstosuppressappetiteandincreaseThermogenesis.Leptinandleptinreceptorhavealso,morerecently,beenimplicatedintheregulationorimmunefunction,reproduction,glucosehomeostasis,bonemetabolism,woundhealing,hematopoiesis,andangiogenesis.Mutationsofthe ob gene,whichcanresultinleptinresistanceandthedown-regulationofligandand/orreceptorexpression,havebeenconnectedtoobesityandhypothalamicpituitaryfunctioninvarious invivo models,includinghuman,mouse,andrat.PeproTech’sRecombinantHumanLeptinReceptorisasingle,glycosylatedpolypeptidechainof818aminoacidresidues,correspondingtothehumanOB-Reisoform,andhasacalculatedmolecularweightofapproximately93.5kDa.Asaresultofglycosylation,RecombinantHumanLeptinReceptormigrateswithanapparentmolecularmassofapproximately130-150kDabySDS-PAGEgel,underreducingandnon-reducingconditions.
