1、更高灵敏度与更宽的线性范围:
传统酶联免疫分析ELISA主要基于酶标仪,酶标仪的灵敏度往往在10-1pg/ml。 MSD电化学发光技术主要基于超敏多因子电化学发光分析仪MESO Sector 600或Quickplex SQ 120。MSD灵敏度可达0.05pg/ml,有效线性范围达6 log。
