凝血酶Thrombin (Factor IIa)是一种丝氨酸蛋白酶，也是血液凝血级联反应中的主要效应蛋白酶，显现出促凝和抗凝的特性。凝血酶是由在凝血酶原复合物中的非活性凝血酶原在Xa因子（FXa）因子的作用下通过蛋白裂解的方式产生【生理作用】当循环凝血因子在暴露的血管外组织与组织因子相接触时，凝血酶会在组织上聚集。凝血酶通过激活血小板，催化纤维蛋白原转化为纤维蛋白，促进血稳定而在血栓性疾病的引发和传播上有着核心作用 -凝血酶（ -Thrombin）是一种高度特异性的丝氨酸蛋白酶，由凝血酶原（prothrombin，II因子）经蛋白水解活化而来。它在凝血过程中起着非常重要的作用，不仅能够促使纤维蛋白凝块的产生，还负责提供反馈信号来激活前辅因子：V因子和VIII因子。也可以激活XIII因子和血小板，或者用作血管收缩剂。在体内，活化的X因子（Factor Xa）切割凝血酶原，释放出活性肽并将凝血酶切割成具有催化活性的 -凝血酶。 -凝血酶由一条轻链（A chain）（Mw ~6,000）和一条重链（B chain）（Mw ~31,000）通过二硫键连接而成。某些情况下， -凝血酶会发生自溶生成 -凝血酶和 -凝血酶。 -凝血酶由对 -凝血酶A链水解并切割含有B链糖基化位点的小片段（B1，B2）组合而成。除了用于凝血研究之外， -凝血酶还常用来位点特异性切割融合蛋白。基因重组时将凝血酶识别位点插入在目的蛋白与利于后续纯化和/或表达的多肽或者蛋白之间，通过凝血酶切割表达的重组子即可释放目的蛋白。凝血酶本身可通过亲和层析技术快速去除。作为生物活性物质的凝血酶：是一种在人体抗凝，促凝的凝血级联反应中有着重要作用的生物活性蛋白。产品性质中文别名（Chinese synonym） -凝血酶；IIa 因子；英文别名（English
