| Procedure | Chickens were immunized with sesame (Sesamum indicum) protein extract. After multiple immunizations in Freunds adjuvant, eggs were collected and the immunoglobulin fraction prepared. Antibodies were immunoaffinity purified using the sesame proteins immobilized on a solid support. |
