Thep300ChemiluminescentAssayKitisanenzyme-linkedimmunosorbentassay(ELISA)designedtoscreenforinhibitorsofp300.TheP300ChemiluminescentAssayKitisbasedonthep300enzymetransferringanacetylgroupfromanacetyldonor(acetylCoA)toahistonesubstrate.Theacetylatedhistoneisrecognizedbyahighlyspecificprimaryantibody,followedbyanHRP-labeledsecondaryantibody.ThechemiluminescenceproducedbyHRPcanbemeasuredusingachemiluminescencereader.
