Cancerous Inhibitor of Protein Phosphatase 2A is an oncoprotein that inhibits PP2A and stabilizes MYC in human malignancies. Promotes anchorage-independent cell growth and tumor formation.
Titration of the CIP2A antibody may be required due to differences in protocols and secondary/substrate sensitivity.
A portion of amino acids 269-301 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for the CIP2A antibody.
Aliquot the CIP2A antibody and store frozen at -20oC or colder.Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
