SandwichELISA:TodetectHumanAdiponectinbysandwichELISA(using100μl/well)aconcentrationof0.5-2.0μg/mlofthisantibodyisrequired.Thisantigenaffinitypurifiedantibody,inconjunctionwithPeproTech’sBiotinylatedAnti-HumanAdiponectin(500-P239BT)asadetectionantibody,allowsthedetectionofatleast2000-4000pg/mlofRecombinantHumanAdiponectin.

WesternBlot:TodetectHumanAdiponectinbyWesternBlotanalysisthisantibodycanbeusedataconcentrationof0.1-0.2μg/ml.WhenusedinconjunctionwithcompatiblesecondaryreagentsthedetectionlimitforRecombinantHumanAdiponectinis1.5-3.0ng/lane,undereitherreducingornon-reducingconditions.
