ComparedtoourstandardjetPEI®transfectionreagent,jetPEI®-HepatocyteprovidessignificantlyhighertransfectionefficienciesinhumanhepatocarcinomaHepG2cellsaswellasindifficulttotransfectprimaryhumanhepatocytes(Fig.1).

Applications:
