ComparedtoourstandardjetPEI^®transfectionreagent,jetPEI^®-HepatocyteprovidessignificantlyhighertransfectionefficienciesinhumanhepatocarcinomaHepG2cellsaswellasindifficulttotransfectprimaryhumanhepatocytes(Fig.1).
