Principle

ThePCRCyclerCheckKitsprovidetemperaturesensitivePCRreactionstomonitoranupperandlowertemperaturerangeinonerun.Theprimer/probesequencesinthePCRCyclerCheckKitsweredesignedtoreactextremelysensitivetoincorrecttemperaturecontrol,temperaturehomogeneity,precisionandtiming.Amplificationwillcompletelydropoutattemperaturedifferencesofmorethan2°C.ThecyclerperformanceistestedatstandardPCRsettingstoreflectmostuser’sapplications.Inaddition,thepre-adjustedtargetconcentrationsareonlyamplifiedathighPCRefficienciesasanadditionalindicatorforaccuratetemperaturecontrolofthethermalcycler.
