BioWORLD’s PCR clean up kit is designed to extract and purify DNA fragments of 100bp to 10kb from agarose gels or to purify PCR products directly from a PCR reaction. Bioplus Gel DNA Cleanup Kit is ultra-pure and ready for use in downstream applications including sequencing, cloning, restriction digestion, labeling, etc. The Gel and PCR Clean-Up kit works with standard or low melting-point agarose and is compatible with TAE buffer systems.
Bioplus Gel DNA Cleanup Kit allows purification directly from PCR reactions or agarose gel slices.Purify DNA fragments or PCR products in as little as 15 minutes.No phenol extraction or ethanol precipitation required.Membrane-based system, which can bind up to 40µg of DNA.DNA is then eluted in Elution Buffer or Nuclease-free Water and can be directly used for a number of downstream applications.Kit contains sufficient reagents for either 100 or 250 purifications.
