4. Stain in Carazzi Haemalum 3 minutes 5. Wash in water 6. Blue in Scotts tap water 7. Wash in water 8. Rinse in 95% alcohol 9. Stain in Picro-orange 2 mins 10. Wash in water until only red blood cells are yellow 11. Stain in acid fuchsin 5 mins 12. Wash in water 13. Stain in equal parts Picro-orange and 80% alcohol 14. Differentiate in phosphomolybdic acid for 8 mins 15. Wash in water 16. Stain in analine blue, 8 mins 17. Wash in water 18. Dehydrate, clear .
