DescriptionServes as molecular weight standards for agarose gel electrophoresis. Suitable for sizing of PCR products or other double-stranded DNA fragments. Fragments with size 2500bp are higher in intensity in comparison to other bands to serve as orientation points.

6X Loading Dye Solution10mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0), 60mM EDTA, 0.03% bromophenol blue, 0.03% xylene cyanol FF and 60% glycerol

Usage Recommendation Use 0.05-0.10μg of the DNA ladder per 1mm width of gel lane
