概述

因子XIIIa（FXIIIa）（纤维蛋白溶血素，血浆转谷氨酰胺酶，纤维蛋白稳定因子，EC 2.3.2.13）是在凝血级联的蕞后阶段起作用的谷氨酰胺酰基γ-谷氨酰转移酶，通过交联α和γ链稳定纤维蛋白凝块的纤维蛋白以形成均聚物（1-4）。FXIIIa的几个独特功能使其与通常与之相关的蛋白质分开。因子XIIIa是凝血级联的唯壹非蛋白水解酶。与其他转座酰胺酶不同，它完全以酶原形式存在，是唯壹在细胞外起作用的巯基酶。

血浆FXIIIa是由2对不相同亚基（A2B2）（4-7）组成的四聚体（Mr = 312,000）。血小板FXIII是二聚体（Mr = 46,000），仅由一对相同的A亚基（A2）组成，如来自所有细胞内源的因子XIII（7-11）。A亚基含有6个游离的巯基，其中之一是活性中心（12）。
