2.RemoveandreplacewithfreshPlasmocinProphylacticcontainingmediumevery3-4days.
3.Frequentlytestforthepresenceofmycoplasmainyourcellcultures.MycoplasmacanbedetectedusingPlasmoTest,asimpleandreliablecell-basedassayforthedetectionof mycoplasmacontamination.
