Pre-made lentivirus express Renilla Luciferase reporter under a native human SPB promoter for expressing in Lung Tissue / Cells.
This lentivirus also contain a fluorescent report, GFP selection marker under the constitutive RSV promoter for antibiotic selection. See Product Manual for details (.pdf).
This is concentrated lentivirus provided in PBS solution, used for hard-to-transduced cell types or for serum-free cell culture.
